The Toronto WIN chapter was established in 2009, and now has over 650 members across the infrastructure industry. Toronto aims to hold around 6 events each year, including our Summer Social, our breakfast in conjunction with CCPPP and other panel and networking events in addition to the flagship event for the WIN Awards.

Angela is a member and co-chair of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Plenary building projects in North America, drawing on over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. 

 

 

Danna Donald

Danna is a partner in Osler’s Commercial Law Practice Group whose practice focuses on project finance, including social and transportation infrastructure, energy, syndicated loan facilities and acquisition loan facilities. She advises domestic and foreign financial institutions and a broad range of corporate borrowers on the negotiation of credit facilities, indentures and infrastructure documents.

He has spent the past 13 years focusing his career on the procurement of Public Private Partnerships (P3) / Alternative Financing Procurement (AFP) projects in North America and has experience in investing equity, raising debt and preparing investment papers and presentations for P3 social infrastructure and transportation projects.
