Launched in 2019, the WeWIN Mentorship Program was developed to provide members of WIN a chance to make meaningful connections in the broader Canadian infrastructure community.
The program requires a minimum 7-month commitment and will begin April 2026 and conclude in October 2026. Mentors and Mentees will be matched on a 1:1 basis and are encouraged to meet bi-weekly. However, it is at the discretion of the matched Mentor and Mentee to determine the frequency of meetings—all pairs are encouraged to find a rhythm that works for them!
Applicants must be actively involved in the infrastructure sector in Canada at the time of registration, either as a student or professional. Mentor roles are open to both male and female members of WIN, whereas mentees must be female or female-identifying.
Read the WeWIN Mentorship Program Guidelines above for more detail.
