The Toronto WIN chapter was established in 2009, and now has over 650 members across the infrastructure industry. Toronto aims to hold around 6 events each year, including our Summer Social, our breakfast in conjunction with CCPPP and other panel and networking events in addition to the flagship event for the WIN Awards.

Monika is a member of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee and WIN’s Treasurer. Monika has almost 20 years track record in developing and closing project finance (PF) transactions in Europe and North America. At SLC Management, her primary focus, as a senior member of the infrastructure debt team, is to provide financing for assets including public private partnerships, transportation, projects in rail sector, district heating, and other long term concessions.

Monika holds a Master of International Business degree from Poznan University of Economics in Poland.

Lal is a member of Toronto’s WIN Steering Committee. Lal currently provides consulting and advisory services to clients in the infrastructure market in North America. He has spent the past 15 years focusing his career on the procurement of Public Private Partnerships (P3) projects in North America and has experience in investing equity, raising debt and preparing investment papers and presentations for P3 social infrastructure and transportation projects. Prior to starting his own consultancy, Lal worked for leading infrastructure organizations such as HOCHTIEF, Bilfinger Berger and PwC.
