Mentorship

The WeWIN mentoring program is intended to run on a 7-month schedule/cycle. Mentees and Mentors are intended to be matched on a 1:1 basis and encouraged to meet on a bi-weekly basis however it is up to Mentors and Mentees to determine the frequency of meetings, and all pairs are encouraged to find a rhythm that works for them.

The WeWIN Outreach Program is designed to support and enhance the skill sets of women in the infrastructure field. It is offered to current WIN members in Canada. WeWIN's composition reflects the diversity of WIN's membership: representation from a range of different firms and specialties. The Program offers two types of training: mentoring and coaching, and in person and online training.
