Cloé Doucet joined Kiewit Corporation in 2011 as an intern during her Civil Engineering degree at l'Université de Moncton in New-Brunswick. She started her career on the Pointe-du-Bois Spillway Replacement project in Manitoba where she held positions from formwork field engineer to assistant project engineer.

In 2016, she relocated to Montréal, QC to take the role of project engineer on the Turcot Interchange Project. She was responsible for multi-disciplinary scheduling, cost management and forecasting, development of field engineers and technical support to operations.

In 2019 and at only 28 years old, Cloé transitionned to discipline project manager. In this role, she will oversee a team of superintendents.

Not only she is a high performing engineer and a great young leader, Cloé is also involved and cares for her peers and the communities.
