Finalist: 2019 WIN Emerging Leader Award

Andrea McLean is the Vice President, Business Development at Fengate. Her role as liaison requires her to participate in and lead a number of project bid development processes, and act as a Fengate representative to build new partner and client relationships. Andrea also successfully leads the Western Canada asset management team by interacting with the project client representatives and consortium partners on matters related to governance and contractual issues of the assets under her portfolio.

Over the past ten years, Andrea has gained experience in leadership, project management and consultation of public-private partnership infrastructure projects in Western Canada. This includes critical roles with major hospitals and other social infrastructure projects. Some of Andrea’s project highlights include Surrey Memorial Hospital, Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Jim Pattison Outpatient and Surgery Centre, BC Cancer Centre for the North, Iqaluit International Airport, BC Children’s and Women’s Hospital and the Evergreen Line. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science with first class honours in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management and sub specialization in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.
