Sarv is the Regional Business Leader for the Transportation group in Western Canada at Stantec. She is a professional engineer and a project manager with over a decade of diverse experience in management, detailed engineering design, construction, contract management and business development across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. In her role at Stantec, Sarv is responsible for a team of more than 400 professionals in areas including urban design, highways, rail, bridges, transit, land development, and transportation planning. She is the Past Chair of the Engineers and Geoscientists BC, Women in Engineering Division and is very involved in the British Columbia Infrastructure business networks and associations.
