Jillian Beaton

Vice President
EY Canada

Jillian Beaton is all about turning challenging infrastructure projects into compelling opportunities to innovate and lead. With nearly a decade of experience working across complex feasibility studies, infrastructure procurements, and a host of strategic projects, Jillian’s known for her ability to dig deep into issues and uncover new possibilities. What stands out? From driving the City of Calgary’s cost-benefit analysis of its 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games bid, to managing EY’s advisory team on a $1.7B light-rail transit project even as the COVID-19 pandemic introduced new and complex challenges, Jillian continuously fosters diverse thinking, and true collaboration, to build the best possible outcomes.

Jillian carries that perspective into the not-for-profit contributions she’s making across the profession. Inspired by EY’s ambition of continuously working to build a better working world, Jillian is a founding board member of the Infrastructure Professionals Association. She also serves as a board member of a women-led not-for-profit dedicated to empowering women and gender non-binary people with the tools and support they need to serve on boards. Enabling others to succeed both within the industry, and more broadly in business, isn’t just something Jillian does—it’s at the core of who she is professionally and personally.
