Chloe Ho

Chloe has been a trusted advisor at PwC with over 7 years of experience. Chloe’s experience in infrastructure sector started in audit and accounting, and transitioned into financial and deal advisory. Her sector experience is primarily in the power and utilities sector, as well as renewable energy generation. Her knowledge spans from buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence experience supporting +$1bn transactions, to in-depth understanding of financial accounting implications, governance and control frameworks.

Chloe worked with industry leaders both as an auditor and as a financial advisor on regulated public energy companies with over $10bn market cap and as a deal advisor over the last 3 years with a total transaction value of over $7bn. She has global experience across North America, Europe, Central and South America. As an everyday role model, Chloe leads her teams to leverage technology and data analytical tools to uncover meaningful deal considerations. She is skilled at providing important insights into key business drivers, historical performance trends, working capital requirements and other factors impacting deal value.

Chloe is passionate about making a social impact, having co-founded a non-profit organization for people with developmental disabilities in 2016, establishing a free tax clinic bringing together her professional and personal networks in support of the cause.

Chloe received a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. She was a Fellow in her program which recognized her academic performance, leadership qualities and involvement in extracurriculars. She holds a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant designation.
