Danna is a partner in Osler’s Commercial Law Practice Group whose practice focuses on project finance, including social and transportation infrastructure, energy, syndicated loan facilities and acquisition loan facilities. She advises domestic and foreign financial institutions and a broad range of corporate borrowers on the negotiation of credit facilities, indentures and infrastructure documents.
Marissa is a member of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is an associate in the Commercial Law Practice Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Her practice focuses on project finance, infrastructure, energy, construction and procurement.
Jennifer is a member of Toronto’s WIN Steering Committee. She is General Counsel of NRStor Inc., a renewable energy project developer, and spent several years negotiating large DBFM projects on behalf of Infrastructure Ontario.
Yeganeh has been a member of the steering committee of the Women's Infrastructure Network, the Toronto chapter, since 2013. She has over 7 years of experience in project finance, financial advisory, and debt/equity investment. Currently she is a Director in the Project Finance team at Sun Life Investment Management where she makes private debt investments in infrastructure and power projects in North America and internationally.
Julie is a member of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is a Partner in the Litigation Group of McCarthy Tétrault LLP, focusing on infrastructure, construction and procurement mandates in both the public and private sectors.
Divya is a member of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. Divya has over nine years of experience within the project finance and PPP/APF sector. Divya has a CFA and a Masters in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto).
Angela is a member and co-chair of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Plenary building projects in North America, drawing on over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Vickie is a member and co-chair of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is Managing Director and Co-Head of Canadian Infrastructure Finance Group at RBC Capital Markets, with a primary focus on structuring debt capital markets project financings and financial advisory for clients in Canada.
Lindsay is a member of the WIN Toronto Steering Committee. She is a Manager in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory practice, specializing in advising on the procurement and financing of large scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the transportation sector.
